Abstract
Marine Life - Image Description

say AAAAHHHHH

That's what you would say, among other things, if this Northern Fur Seal bull managed to sink those canines into you. Northern fur seals (Callorhinus ursinus) were called sea bears when europeans first described them. Adult males can weigh as much as 600lbs and are known for their aggressive behavior during mating season. A large male will establish a territory for his harem at a haulout and drive away any other male that comes near. Harems can be comprised of as many as 40 females and pups for one large male.
