Golden Grizzly

Denali National Park. Tired from an unsuccessful attempt to dig out a ground squirrel, this large adult grizzly flopped down for a rest. Most of the 5 hours that we observed him he slept. Fortunately for us, just when the light softened he decided to look at the camera.
