What are you lookin at?
We were surprised to find this Canada Lynx in broad daylight; they're
primarily nocturnal. Lynx have large feet that act like snowshoes, helping them pursue their primary prey, the Snowshoe Hare, in winter. Their long legs help them deal with deep snow. Adults typically weigh 20-35 pounds and are 3 feet long.
